Welcome to MyGlassNews. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyGlassNews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this app.

2. Subscription Services (Glass+)

Certain features of the app require a paid subscription (Glass+). Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or the respective store policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings after purchase.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including news articles, graphics, logos, and software is the property of MyGlassNews or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyGlassNews shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
